These terms and conditions include general terms and conditions for use of this website, terms and conditions relating to the services and terms and conditions relating to the sale and purchase of products on the website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Your use of the website and services and the purchase of any products on this website will be subject to these terms and conditions.

Availability
Products displayed on our website may not be in stock. Please call us to confirm availability.
For online orders, availability will be confirmed by a return e-mail from one of our salespersons.

Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are indicated in Euro and are inclusive of applicable Malta VAT rates. Delivery charges (where applicable) are not included in the indicated price but will be added to the total amount once you have selected a delivery option.

Deliveries
We can deliver orders to anywhere in Malta & Gozo.
Delivery is free for all orders over €35.00 in Malta and Gozo –  a €5.00 delivery charge applies for orders below €35.00.
The above may not apply for some discounted offers.
Orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays).

Courier service is carried out by MaltaPost. Standard MaltaPost delivery procedures apply.
If one is not home for the first delivery attempt, a second delivery attempt can be requested from MaltaPost at a charge of €3.50.

Payments
Payments are to be settled through online payment only.

Where goods have been delivered by us, you can return the goods within a period of 14 days, subject to the following conditions:
Returned within a period of 14 days from delivery;
Accompanied by a proof of purchase;
Returned complete of original packaging including free gifts, if any;
Returned unopened, unused and in ‘as new’ condition;
Have not been ordered to your specifications.

Without prejudice to the above, Goods cannot be accepted back when:
The goods have been  bought from an external outlet;
Not accompanied by a proof of purchase;
Returned with incomplete or damaged packaging, with broken seals, with missing free gifts, if any;
Returned in used condition;
Originally ordered as a special order to your specifications.

Data Protection
In purchasing the Goods or in requesting that a Service is carried out, the Customer agrees and consents that Salomone Aura Ltd may store, process and use personal information and other data collected on the Customer for any communication purpose with the Customer relating to the Goods or Services, for any matter related to these Terms and Conditions (for example the data storage of warranty periods).

Furthermore, the Customer also hereby agrees and consents to Salomone Aura Ltd sharing personal information and other data collected with other companies in the group to which Salomone Aura Ltd forms part in compliance with applicable Data Protection legislation. Should the Customer wish to have access to the information and data held, to effect any changes to such data, or to cease to receive any marketing or promotional material from Salomone Aura Ltd or any other company in the group, the Customer is requested to inform Salomone Aura Ltd by email on [email protected].

Moreover, the Customer also hereby agrees and consents that for the better carrying out of services by Salomone Aura Ltd as well as for training purposes and/or in order to improve the quality of customer services, Salomone Aura Ltd may monitor and/or record communications, including any telephone calls made to or by Salomone Aura Ltd.

General
Salomone Aura Ltd may assign, transfer or sub-contract any rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any third party. The Customer, however, is not entitled to assign, transfer or sub-contract any rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without the express written consent of Salomone Aura Ltd.
Salomone Aura Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Provided that such amendment shall be (a) published on its website: http://www.svbeauty.mt and (b) such amendments shall not be more prejudicial to the rights of the Customer. No other variation or amendment to these Terms and Conditions shall bind either Party unless agreed to in writing by duly authorised by both Parties.
The headings in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and shall not have any legal or interpretative effect.
These Terms and Conditions govern the entire relationship between the Parties and will remain in force for the duration of the trading relationship in relation to the Goods. All previous agreements, undertakings, commitments, undertakings or representations on the part of the Parties are hereby superseded. No intellectual property rights in connection with the Goods shall devolve upon the Customer. Salomone Aura Ltd, or the manufacturer as the case may be, shall be the sole owners and/or licensors of such intellectual property, including any trademarks, patents or other similar rights.
You, the Customer in purchasing the Goods or in requesting Salomone Aura Ltd to carry out Services are expressly confirming that you have fully read and understood these Terms and Conditions and are aware of the contents thereof, including your obligations and the warranties and limitations on liability set out herein.

Governing Law
This is a Maltese website, and is therefore subject, along with all rights pertaining to it, to the laws of the jurisdiction of the Republic of Malta.
Any purchase entered through the website shall be treated and regulated as a contract of sale entered into in terms of Maltese law.
Any disputes arising in relation to any purchases made on this Website, or which are otherwise related to this Website or the Services or Products being offered on the Website, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta.

 

The above does not affect your statutory rights, in terms of Chapter 378 of Section 78 of the Consumer Affairs Act.
